High specific gravity tungsten alloy (TungstenHeavy Alloy, referred to as WHA) products usually use WNiFe or WNiCu or WNiCuFe as raw materials and are produced through powder metallurgy processes. According to different product uses and working environment requirements, the tungsten content of high-specific gravity tungsten alloy products is usually 79%W to 97%W, and the density is 15.00g/cm3 to 18.50g/cm3.

1) Specific gravity: Generally, the specific gravity is 16.5-18.75g/cm3;
2) High strength: tensile strength 700-1000Mpa;
3) Strong radiation absorption ability: 30-40% higher than lead;

Mixing → Vacuum drying → Press molding → Pre-burning and degreasing → Processing and molding → Vacuum sintering → Quality inspection → Blank products → Subsequent processing (oil immersion, machining, heat treatment, electroplating, rolling, forging, etc.) → Precision grinding products → Products out of warehouse
